Important Note on Shipping Address: For processing and tracking purposes, return addresses may vary by product or location. Please do not send returns to our warehouse or any other address unless explicitly instructed by our Customer Service Team. The correct return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
Return Requirements & Eligibility

Items Not Eligible for Return
To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on:

Shipping Fees & Costs:

If the return is due to a change of mind or other consumer-caused reason: The customer is responsible for all associated return shipping fees. The specific cost will depend on the carrier you choose to return the item.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item): We will gladly cover all return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for any fees in this instance.
Please note that for eligible returns due to product defects or quality-related issues, we will cover return shipping and no additional fees will be charged. For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and meticulously inspected by our team:

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after the item’s arrival and inspection.

Method: The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Timeline: It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution.
- Deductions: The final refund amount will be the product price paid, minus any applicable restocking fee, original outbound shipping fees (if any), and return shipping costs, as outlined above.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Order cancellations are permitted only within a limited timeframe.
- Cancellation Eligibility: Orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been shipped.
- Processing: If your cancellation request is received before shipment confirmation, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipped Orders: Once an order has been processed and shipped (typically within 24-48 hours, but timing may vary), it can no longer be canceled. In this case, you may request a return in accordance with our standard 30-day Return Policy after delivery.
