  • Pricing Errors: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund for the canceled order.

Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Shipping & Delivery Terms (Revised for US Warehouse)

  • Domestic Shipping: We primarily ship our products from our warehouses located within the United States. This ensures faster delivery times and secure handling of large furniture items.
  • Sales Tax: As a business operating in the US market, we collect sales tax in states where we have a physical presence or economic nexus, as required by law. The final price during checkout will reflect these applicable taxes.
  • Freight & LTL Deliveries: For large furniture items shipped via LTL Freight, the customer is responsible for being present to accept the delivery. "Curbside Delivery" is our standard service unless otherwise noted.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If a customer misses a scheduled delivery appointment, any re-delivery fees or storage fees charged by the carrier will be the responsibility of the customer.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites.

User Comments and Feedback

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and Obulem and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
