Where We Ship

We are delighted to offer shipping across the contiguous United States (the 48 mainland states). We focus on providing a seamless delivery experience to your address within this service area.

Please Note: At this time, we are unable to process or deliver orders to addresses outside the contiguous US. This includes all US territories and non-mainland states:

Puerto Rico (PR)

U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)

American Samoa (AS)

Northern Mariana Islands (MP)

Military Addresses (AA, AE, AP)

Shipping Costs & Thresholds

We want to make stylish living simple and accessible. To keep things clear and transparent, here’s how our shipping works within the contiguous United States:

Free standard shipping applies to orders totaling $800 or more (before tax).

Orders under $800 are subject to a flat $69 shipping fee per order.

Our Delivery Methods

We utilize two primary methods to ensure your items arrive safely and efficiently:

1. Standard Parcel Delivery (FedEx)

Used for: Most smaller decor, accessories, and non-oversized items.

Carrier: FedEx.

Size & Weight Limits: Packages within 68 kg (150 lbs) and 165 inches in combined length + girth are shipped via FedEx.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Shipment): 5–10 business days.

2. LTL Curbside Delivery (Large Furniture)

Used for: Large furniture and oversized items that exceed FedEx parcel limits (over 68 kg / 150 lbs or exceeding 165 inches total dimensions).

Delivery Method: Curbside Delivery only. Items are delivered to the curbside, driveway, or the nearest accessible location outside your residence.

Estimated Delivery Time (After Shipment): 7–12 business days, varying based on your geographic location.

Important Notes for LTL Delivery:

This service does not include inside delivery, room placement, unpacking, or assembly.

Customers are responsible for bringing the item indoors and arranging any additional assistance as needed.

Missed delivery appointments may result in re-delivery fees or storage charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking may be updated after shipment, typically within 24 hours of carrier pickup.

LTL Delivery Appointment Required:

LTL carriers will contact you by phone or text to schedule a delivery appointment.

Please ensure your contact information is accurate and that you remain reachable after shipment.

Missed appointments or refusal due to customer unavailability may result in re-delivery fees, storage fees, or return-to-sender charges at the customer’s expense.

Order Processing & Tracking

Order Preparation:

Once your order is placed, our team begins preparation immediately.

Processing Time: 24–48 hours (including scheduling for LTL shipments).

Tracking:

When your items leave our facility, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking link and number for monitoring your shipment.
